Tomasz Rudolf is an entrepreneur, visionary, innovator and also a community-minded man. He is an expert in the area of strategies, innovation and building new business models. He has more than twenty years of experience working with partners such as Alior Bank, Ghelamco, EY, Mastercard, PKO BP and others.

Since 2020, he has been acting as the chairman of the Supervisory Board of The Heart, a start-up factory, of which he is also a co-founder. The Heart is a place where corporations can obtain complex support in implementing innovations.

He is one of the people behind Doctor.One, which was accoladed as the best medical start-up at the European Economic Congress in Katowice and collected PLN 12 million to develop a new model of continuous medical care. He is also the founder and member of the K.I.D.S. Foundation Board (Klub Innowatorów Dziecięcych Szpitali). The foundation combines the know-how of large corporations with the innovations of start-ups, and its activities are driven by competence volunteerism.

Tomasz Rudolf has received the distinctions of a “Pro Bono Leader” by the Volunteer CEOs Coalition and of visionery in the Digital Shapers competition. At 22, he managed a consulting company consisting of a group of 40 students in Cologne and later co-founded ConQuest, a student consulting company inside the SGH, which each year helped dozens of students to develop their managerial competences.
