The above specified Magmillon Group succeeded in saving the townhouse at Brzeska Street 18 in Warsaw from destruction. Renovation of the townhouse commenced in 2015. From the beginning it was managed with complete respect towards the historical nature of the building, paying tribute to its former inhabitants. A conservator-restorer as well as experts involved in investigating the traces of Jewish culture participated in these works. No stone was left unturned with respect of the 100 years old history of the building. Today, while approaching the patio one may admire original mezuzah found during renovation works  – these rolls of parchment with fragments of Torah, placed traditionally by the Jews inside window frames. Magmillon reinstated the former glory of the townhouse, officially returning it for use in autumn of 2018. The fates of the building and of the investment were covered by the movie created with the support of Magmillon group: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=498_GsVRtAY&t=51s
