Arkadiusz Bielecki

He is a graduate from the Master and Bachelor programme at the Warsaw School of Economics and holds a double degree from the Nova School of Business and Economics in Portugal. Over the last decade, he has actively developed his career in entrepreneurship, innovation and operations management. His experience covers building startups from scratch, managing teams in multinational organisations and scaling businesses in different markets. He has worked in Poland, Spain, Hong Kong, Singapore, Portugal and the United States.

Arkadiusz founded and developed such projects as RODO Law, Homedi, iDeliver, which focused on personal data protection, healthcare services and logistics. As the initiator, co-founder and VP of Restimo (2021 – currently), he has achieved numerous successes in management, business development and implementation of innovative technology solutions in the catering and q-commerce market. In 2023, Restimo was recognised as one of the most promising Polish startups (Rookie of the Year category). In the same year, Restimo was singled out by the EU Startup News portal as one of the 15 most innovative technology startups in Poland, highlighting the importance and innovativeness of the solutions introduced by the company in the catering market.

Restimo places a special emphasis on process transparency, customer and partner relations, and building a sustainable and inclusive ecosystem. It is a goal of Arkadiusz to support local businesses by providing innovative, accessible and efficient tech solutions.

Privately, Arkadiusz is passionate about long-distance travel (so far, he has visited 42 countries across 4 continents), sports (he was a representative of the Academic Sports Association at the Warsaw School of Economics in the futsal section and currently cycles to work every day no matter the season) and a healthy lifestyle. He also loves books and personal development.

In summary, Arkadiusz Bielecki’s efforts in the area of business, innovation and management are in line with SGH’s mission to foster leaders of the future. His ambition is to further develop Restimo and expand internationally, and to be actively involved in the startup ecosystem via mentoring and sharing knowledge with younger generations of entrepreneurs.
